    We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return and get the purchase money back. 

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    To start a return, please contact us at our contact page at our Email: support@novadepto.com and we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues
    Please contact and tell us what went wrong, send along a picture or video to support@novadepto.com. If the complaint is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label in case we need the product back. In case we do not need the item back, you can donate your product a local charity or recycle it. In both cases the money will be refunded in full.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

    Exchanges
    No exchanges are accepted or made. If the purchased product was not the desired one, please send it back within 15 days after receiving it to obtain a refund and make a new purchase.

    Refunds
    The refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund. If it's been more than 15 business days since we approved your refund, please contact us on our contact page.
